Turlock Family Resource Center
The Turlock Family Resource Center (FRC) is dedicated to empowering
families and children in Turlock, CA through fostering partnerships,
engaging local residents and community organizations, and linking families
to a variety of programs within the community. The goal of the Turlock FRC
is to strengthen and develop services in the Turlock community.
The Turlock FRC is funded through the Stanislaus County Community Services
Agency, Children and Families Commission and a City of Turlock block grant.
Services include case management, home visits, parenting classes and support
groups, child development activities, literacy tutoring, assistance with
insurance enrollment and linkages to medical services. Many of these
services are also offered in Spanish.
