Family Focused Support Network

Aspiranet’s Family Focused Support Network (FFSN) is an in-home program designed to assist families with children who have developmental disabilities by using proven techniques revolving around developmental stages and parent training on neurological development.

Families are taught to recognize and develop their own strengths and abilities in accessing needed services available through other resources. Each program includes training, family meetings and home visits designed to improve parenting skills and enhance the quality of life for the child and all family members.

Aspiranet develops a Family Support Plan, in partnership with the family and the Regional Center.  Service activities provided to families may include but are not limited to the following array of support:
  • Intake
  • Assessment and evaluation
  • Service planning inclusive of the family and Aspiranet team
  • Service delivery with 3 person Aspiranet teams
  • Training including child facilitator coaching and parent coaching
  • Advocacy
